Hayden was born in Christchurch, New Zealand and was adopted, at birth, into a family who could not have children of their own.
Hayden became an eager follower of God at an early age, attending Opawa Methodist Church in Christchurch for many years.
As with so many other 18-25 year olds, Hayden found himself in a time where he could not find where he belonged within his local church, and as a result, even though his heart was committed and dedicated to God, he found himself more involved with other things in life.
At the age of 25, Hayden earnestly chose to seek God above all other things, so called on God for a restored relationship and to know him as in his youth. God answered Hayden's call and more, giving Hayden's 'Christ' experience a new life and energy, reality and truth.
Since this time, Hayden has had some dry, hard times, but most of the time he finds that he is learning and comprehending aspects of God in a new and awesome way, as God chooses to lead him on his own unique walk.
Hayden has spent the bulk of the last 6 years involved with Kingsland Church, in Colchester, UK. He was sent out by this church in 2003 to explore the calling he felt from God to work and minister in Thailand, was married in the church in February 2005, and with his wife was again sent out to Thailand in 2006.
Hayden and Emily, being of like mind and spirit, are greatly excited by what God will do with them in the future and are eager to be available and to listen to God's call.
Hayden has much valuable experience with computers and the Internet, but has dreams to use his skills to provide for his family and to allow freedom to follow God's will. He is therefore focusing on producing his own products and services, rather than working to further the goals of other organisations.
